Dan Neese has successfully owned and operated construction companies through four decades. He began his construction career in Casper, Wyoming in 1974, painting residential homes to put himself through college.  His business evolved into residential construction, building and finishing out both single homes and multi-tenant buildings.  In 1995, Mr. Neese formally entered the arena of commercial construction and founded Premier West Builders in Dallas.  His company name reflects the values he grew up with in the West where integrity is the cornerstone of good business and delivering quality work is a way of life.

Rusty Metcalf brings both formal education and decades of hands-on experience to his Premier West clients. Rusty has both an Associates Degree in Building Construction and 28 years of experience in all phases of residential and commercial construction. Additionally, he has extensive experience in medical construction, planning and constructing both for hospitals and free standing clinics (e.g.,  facilities for MRI, X-ray, Cath Labs, CT scan, and mammography).

Since his formal education of at Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Industrial Manufacturing and Associates Degree in Mechanical Design from The Denver Institute of Technology, Corey has acquired 15 years of experience working within a full service engineering and design/build firm within several disciplines as a Civil/Structural/Machine/Piping Designer.  Corey also adds depth to Premier West’s services through his many years of hands-on construction experience with site design and development as well as planning and zoning.  Corey has extensive experience in estimating, bid qualifying, subcontractor coordination, crew supervision, project scheduling and processes as well as complete construction management.

Prior to joining Premier West Builders in April of 2016, Jackie worked in the administrative arena for over 10 years. Starting out as an administrative receptionist, then an office assistant, she has always enjoyed the close-knit experience of working for a small company. Her experience working in the oil & gas industry is an asset when dealing with supply chain management as well as vendor relations.

 As Office Manager at Premier West, Jackie is the first voice you hear on the phone, and the smiling face when you come visit our Office. She is your go-to for any AP/AR questions, and she strives to make every experience a positive one.

Phillip joined Premier West Builders in April 2016 after working in the medical field since his graduation from the University of North Texas with a B.S in Psychology in 2011. His education allows Phillip to communicate effectively with clients and get to the root of what they really want. Phillip can translate the jargon of the construction industry to customers with ease.

Phillip is also Premier West Builders' lead estimator. In this role, Phillip has shown he is highly adept at delving through complicated architectural plans, or even vague hand-drawn plans, to get the best price for our customers.

Jason originally started as an IT consultant for Premier West Builders in 2016. Jason brought Premier West Builders into the twenty-first century and helped institute cloud based software across the board, as well as GPS time-tracking software for our hourly employees. Jason proved himself to be an asset for his ability to communicate with our trade employees while keeping an eye on the details and was hired on as a superintendent. 

Going above and beyond his job description is what Jason excels at, often you will find him picking up permits, in client meetings, or leading our monthly safety meetings.

One unique aspect of Premier West Builders is our in-house trades. We employee Electricians, Drywall, and Painters. The average employee has been with the company for over 10 years, which ensures excellent quality control, and peace of mind for our clients. Due to our low turnover Premier West Builders enjoys a family like atmosphere.
