One unique aspect of Premier West Builders is our in-house trades. We employ Electricians, Drywall, and Painters. The average employee has been with the company for over 10 years, which ensures excellent quality control, and peace of mind for our clients. Due to our low turnover Premier West Builders enjoys a family like atmosphere.
Shelby Neese
Owner / President
Shelby has truly learned from the best growing up with Dan teaching her plan takeoffs from the time she was a young girl! Still learning, she has taken over the family business and looks forward to growing the company into an even bigger success. Starting as an estimator, project engineer, and office manager, she was able to learn the ins and outs of the business from a well-rounded perspective. With a background in digital media, Shelby is also a skilled content creator when it comes to marketing material, such as promotional videos and website photos.
Shelby hopes to expand the horizons of the company as a Women Owned Business by gaining access to government contracts and new opportunities, as well as increasing the company’s visibility within the metroplex. She strives to build on an already fabulous crew to create a high-quality finished product while exceeding the clients’ expectations for cleanliness, timeliness, and professionalism. Shelby is excited to start this new chapter with the company and offer her team the best (and most fun) work environment possible!
Rusty Metcalf
VPO / PM
As the Vice President of Operations at Premier West Builders, Rusty Metcalf oversees construction to ensure each project is completed expertly, cleanly, and timely. Rusty brings both formal education and decades of hands-on experience to his clients. He has both an Associates Degree in Building Construction and 28 years of experience in all phases of residential and commercial construction. Additionally, he has extensive experience in medical construction, planning and constructing both for hospitals and free standing clinics (e.g., facilities for MRI, X-ray, Cath Labs, CT scan, and mammography). Rusty’s extensive experience and attention to detail make him a vital asset to Premier West Builders as Shelby’s right-hand man!
